Meet Our Leadership Team
Mike Teske is President and Co-Founder of Patriot Talent Solutions. With more than 14 years of experience in Information Technology solution sales and delivery, Mike’s focus is to set strategy and foster a culture of innovation. Prior to founding Patriot, Mike gained experience in various recruiting roles with leading and innovative Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Mike served for over nine years as a United States Army Airborne Infantryman. Mike currently resides in Knoxville, with his wife, Jess and three sons. He enjoys youth sports coaching, fishing and boating.
Jessica Teske, Director of Operations & Culture, has over 16 years of Information Technology Recruiting, Sales and Human Resources experience. Jess joined Patriot Talent Solutions in 2019 where she leads the business operations, finance/accounting and human resources functions, although her top priority is Patriot’s company culture. Prior to joining Patriot, Jess directed the Technology/Corporate Human Resources Departments at Clayton Homes, a Berkshire Hathaway organization headquartered in Maryville, TN. Jess earned her Bachelor’s Degree at Middle Tennessee State University in Business Management with a minor in French. Jess and Mike live in Knoxville and have three sons who stay extremely active in youth athletics. They enjoy outdoor family activities and spending as much time on the lake as time will allow.
James Luby is the Director of Strategic Sales and Co-Founder of Patriot Talent Solutions. James has 16 years of outside sales experience and is a seven-time National/Area sales award winner in both Information Technology and Healthcare. Additionally, James spent eight years as a United States Army Infantryman. While in the Army James was the 2003 Non-Commissioned officer of the year for the entire U.S. Army and had the honor to carry the Presidential Colors for Ronald Reagan’s funeral. James earned a Bachelor’s Degree at Tusculum College in Business/Organizational Management. James currently resides in Oak Ridge with his wife, Angie, and their four children. He enjoys watching sports and playing golf.
Joe Storch is a partner and Director of Business Development for Patriot Talent Solutions. He has over 18 years of collective experience within professional work environments to include technical project management, contract management, business development, and human resources. Joe has provided continuous trustworthy service to contractors in the government vertical, as well as private sectors. His business development experience includes leading IT staff augmentation contracts, IT Managed Services, and consulting customers on Talent Acquisition, Organizational Change Management, and Risk Mitigation. Joe has proven experience managing and leading teams on projects with deliverables (SOW and Task Orders) focused on Continuous Improvement. On a personal note, Joe resides in Knoxville with his wife, Jessica (Air Force Veteran), and is the father of seven. He enjoys coaching youth sports, wellness, travel, food, and serving on several non-profit boards. Joe is an alum of the University of Tennessee, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science.
