Johnson City, TN | Network Engineer  | Full-Time

We are actively recruiting a Network Engineer  for our client in Johnson City, TN. This opportunity is a direct hire. Due to client's request, qualified candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
 

• Cisco networking experience with responsibility for installing network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches, network management software and related experience
• Strong background deploying and/or maintaining Cisco Unified Communications products including Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager), Unity, and voice enabled routers
• Demonstrable troubleshooting skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ethical, honest, and responsible
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and listening
• Working knowledge of telephony protocols and voice circuits/trunks
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of end-users and customers by phone while providing remote support using a variety of tools
• The ability to function autonomously with minimal supervision
• Provide timely documentation during course of work
• Strong customer service skills, remote, and in person
• Willingness to learn and become better than you are today

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of IT networking/systems experience
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working for a Value-Added Reseller (a plus)
• Experience with ConnectWise PSA 
• CCNA (a plus)
