We are actively recruiting a Systems Engineer/Analyst for our client in Mullins, SC. This position is a direct hire. Due to client request, qualified candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.


  • Full lifecycle application development
  • Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
  • Support, maintain and document software functionality
  • Integrate new systems with existing systems
  • Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
  • Project planning and Project management
  • Maintain standards compliance
  • Implement new software platforms work with 3rd party vendors
  • Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions
  • Document and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
  • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures
  • Obtain and license software by obtaining required information from vendors; recommending purchases; testing and approving products
  • Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues
  • Accomplish engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Develop software/system solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software/system development lifecycle.
  • Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
  • Document and maintain software functionality
  • Serve as a subject matter expert
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards



  • Software engineering and/or Database Management
  • Implementing and maintaining software/system applications
  • Relational Databases, SQL Server
  • SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Test-driven development
  • Documenting requirements and specifications
  • Software/system development methodology and release processes
  • Installing and configuring operating systems and application software
  • Agile
  • SharePoint, HTML and other related software (a plus)



  • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Systems or Information Technology
  • 5-10 years’ experience
