We are actively recruiting a Customer/Desktop Support professional for our client in Kingston, TN. This professional will be joining a team of 3 that is a part of the Project Development team. They will be responsible for handling customer support calls from the client’s customers so they must be able to think through and articulate the issues quickly and professionally. At times, they would be able to assist the development team with on-going projects. This is a direct hire opportunity and is interviewing quickly. Due to client's request, qualified candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
